Shipping policy

Lovely Luxuries wants you to received and enjoy your items as soon as possible! Every effort will be made to create and dispatch your items as soon as we can. Our mission is to send your order within 1-3 business days. However, due to high demand shipping times can take up to 2 weeks. Every effort will be made to communicate to our costumers if shipping times are longer than the usual 1-3 business days. 
Please be aware that Lovely Luxuries is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Shipping time does not include delivery time. The mail service you have selected at checkout is responsible for the items after it is out of my possession. Please DOUBLE check your shipping address at check out. If you provide the wrong address or the mail service/carrier marks as “insufficient address,” “vacant,” and the item(s) is shipped back to us, you will be responsible to pay for shipping a second time to have your item shipped out to you again. If you provide the wrong address and the item is delivered, we are NOT responsible for your lost item. 

For international orders:

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, custom duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, custom duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Lovely Luxuries has no control over these charges, nor can I predict what they may be. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and the type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
